THE DEFINITION OF HIRING
Hiring is a process to bring on people who will maintain or improve the organization they work for. Generally, in sales, these people are looking for long-term opportunities and good incomes. Our goal is to find these people and match them to the dealerships we represent. Not all "training" companies agree with that.
THE DEALER RESOURCE GROUP has a single fee plan that charges the dealer based on time, effort and advertising for the given situation. Our only allegiance is to the dealer. There are two benefits to this method other than the tremendous savings.
1. Talent isn’t missed due to the student not having tuition.
2. The dealer doesn’t train people who will never work for them.
What happens with other no-risk companies is many talented people who could help your dealership are never hired on the student pay program simply because they don’t have the money. They never show up for class. Or, if the hiring company fails to disclose the tuition during the interview, the student quits when it’s announced during class which only damages the reputation of the dealer. With THE DEALER RESOURCE GROUP PROGRAM, money is no longer an issue. Talent is the only concern.
With the other program, the trainers load the class with people to “play the odds.” These people are told that even if they don’t get the job at your store, they will be placed at another dealer. We would never use your facilities to train people for your competition.
But, let’s look at the potential cost to your dealership comparing both programs
The only way that COMPANY A and the other companies like them can be more cost effective is if 100% of the new hires quit. This means, you have to start all over again, lose more deals and fall further behind in your goals. Our belief is that this can only happen when you are SOLD on which people to take.
Our team lets you choose the people you want to hire BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN INVITED TO TRAINING! That means we NEVER train people for your competition. But, the real benefit is, you choose people you feel fit your dealership personality and we train them.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOUR BOTTOM LINE
In today’s fast paced economy, it’s no longer cost effective to hire on your own. Too many risks, not enough time to interview and train properly, all make bringing in an outside expert the smart way to go. All things being equal, training quality, trainer experience, company stability, the only tie breaking factor would be the dealership outlay. That said, the only way The Dealer Resource Group is not cost effective versus the competition is if the campaign is a total failure and everyone quits on the first day.
Our Training program works for one very specific reason. 100% of our income comes from dealers who want top people who stick around for a long time. We pay our trainers (They don't rely on "tuition" from unsuspecting students) for their efforts. We conduct interviews with potential dealers before we engage them. In many cases, we are as selective as the dealers themselves.
If you want warm bodies, need some extra help for a sale, or are just too tired to do the interviews and hiring yourselves DO NOT CALL US!!!
After an initial interview (about 20 minutes) we will both be able to determine if our team is a fit for your objectives. Once that is complete, you will have a full proposal emailed to you within 24 hours that discloses all costs and conditions.
This program allows the dealer to manage risk while being able to select the people who would be the best fit for the dealership.
You will receive custom designed advertising that will be posted each day before and during the campaign to make certain the ad is always on the first page of each sight. In addition:
OUR PROGRAMS ARE 100% ALL INCLUSIVE
We work with only the best dealers in the country. They are award winning dealers who really do offer career opportunities for all of their employees. When our ad campaigns hit, we are selling auto sales as a real career opportunity and our client dealer as the best place to work. This is why we average 45 interviews per client, even in small markets.
By including everything in one price the dealer benefits in several ways.
In any business, your obligation is to the person or business who is paying you. If a dealership is not paying you and the students are, your income is based on quantity and not quality. Successful dealers never hire that way in any other department. Why would you risk it in the most important one?
